Responsible for support and administration of the company’s Iseries computer systems in a casino/hospitality industry. Support of standard gaming applications including Bally ACSC, Agilysys LMS and other Iseries utilities such as DB/400 and SQL. Manage iSeries hardware, operating system and all aspects related to uptime, security and system operations and DR planning. Serve as liaison between vendor, staff and management regarding system issues, which would include Helpdesk support providing 2nd level support relating to the problem, testing and resolution. Min. of 5 yrs. support of standard systems and applications in a gaming environment using iSeries/Windows platform. Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required. Must be approved for and maintain a PA Gaming License. |
