| Description |
Responsible to provide outstanding customer service; responding to customer needs including but not limited to, hand pay jackpots, minor machine repairs and replenishing ticket voucher paper; Maintains a constant presence on the slot floor looking for and responding to guests that require assistance with slot machines; Provides courteous and helpful information to guests and to their complaints in a considerate, professional and positive manner; Refills ticket printers with voucher paper; Makes minor repairs on slot machines; Maintains security of keys, radio and pagers issued to them; Creates player cards; Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies; Must be a minimum of 18 years of age or older upon employment; High School Diploma is required; Previous customer service experience is preferred; Must have ability to deal affectively and interact well with customers and employees; Must demonstrate leadership, fairness and sensibility to the customers and employees. Must be able to be approved for and maintain a valid Gaming license as required by the PA Gaming Control Board. |
